• Servings: 6
• 3 tbsp PJ KABOS Extra Virgin Olive Oil - "Family Reserve Organic - Medium" for serving
• 250g block feta cheese
• 100g sour cream or Greek yoghurt
• Lemon zest
• ⅛ teaspoon crushed pepper flakes for serving
Step by step instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and use a small spoon to create a swirl on the surface of the dip.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed pepper flakes. Enjoy with toasted bread or pita.
