Trentasette' Aceto Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Condiment

The cooked grape must gives it a thick body and a lower acidity than a regular balsamic vinegar. It is a pure product with no additives and maintains the density of a traditional balsamic vinegar and is rich with the aroma of fragrant grapes.
